Troubleshooting

Hindi mo makita ang install option?

No problem! Here are common fixes.

Reload the page

Sometimes the install prompt takes a few seconds to appear. Try refreshing the page (pull-to-refresh on mobile, F5 on desktop).

Make sure you're logged in

Some browsers only show the install option after you've signed in and interacted with the app for a moment.

Use the right browser

On iPhone/iPad, only Safari supports install. On Android, use Chrome. On desktop, use Chrome or Edge.

Update your browser

Make sure your browser is up to date. Older versions may not support PWA installation. Check your app store for browser updates.

Check your internet connection
